The Orca Coalition is preparing for the court case and is very delighted to pronounce that we got the 4000 Euros we needed to pay for the bills! For this, we want to give a huge thanks to all people donating to this cause! Without people like you, this court case couldn’t take place.
On Thursday, November 1th, the court case will be held in the court of Amsterdam at 9.00 am.

The Orca Coalition is made up of seven organisations which take legal action for the release of orca Morgan and build public pressure to ensure the Dutch authorities enforce adequate protection for cetaceans.
Throughout the legal steps, the Orca Coalition has been working in partnership with the Free Morgan Foundation, a group of orca scientists and cetacean specialists who have Morgan's freedom at heart. The Foundation's expert board also has the invaluable expertise which ensures that science plays a vital role in Morgan's legal case.
